Coaching with me is really about figuring out what's going on underneath whatever you're dealing with. Maybe it's a decision you keep putting off, something happening in your business, a relationship, money, confidence—or you simply know something isn't working the way you'd like it to.
You don't need to have it all figured out before we talk. That's kind of the point.
What would we even talk about?
Pretty much whatever is taking up too much space in your head. It might be your business, money, a relationship, a decision you can't seem to make, people pleasing, confidence, or figuring out what you want in this season of your life.
Sometimes you already know what you want to do, but you're having a hard time doing it. Other times, you can't quite figure out what's bothering you. We'll talk it through, get curious about what's underneath it, and see what makes sense from there.
