Service Description

This half hour complimentary session is your chance to step into your future. The first meeting with your coach is designed to outline where you currently are in life and to help you determine where you want to be. We will cover some basic introductory "get to know you" type questions, but you will also walk away with the start of a plan for your life. You do not have to prepare for this session just bring yourself and have an open mind. This is a time for you to ask questions about what coaching is all about!
